Conscious breathing helps release mental, physical, emotional and spiritual blocks within the body which helps alleviate anxiety, grief, fear, anger, worry and much more. It reduces stress and creates feelings of openness, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, creativity and connection. Learn to breathe deep in the body, develop new breathing habits and become the person you always knew you could be,

  • All the work that I’ve done with Jane has been remote but she made me feel safe within my space. Her voice is soothing while instructing you through the session. Afterwards, she checks in to ensure you are okay and gives the aftercare instructions which you need to follow. She also explains what you may experience over the next 12 to 24 hours.
