Meet Jane

Hello and welcome.

I’m Jane Chesworth, founder of The Breath Sanctuary — a calm, nurturing space where breath becomes healing and where people are gently guided back to themselves. My work is rooted in presence, nervous-system support, and breath-led emotional release, but more than anything it is rooted in offering you a space where you feel safe, seen, and softly held — a place where your whole being can finally exhale.

For as long as I can remember, I felt deeply. I sensed the unspoken emotions in others, carried more than I needed to, and learned to make myself small so everyone else could be comfortable. Over time, the weight of that took its toll. I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from my intuition, and far away from the woman I wanted to be. My nervous system was constantly on alert, and I longed for calm — real calm — the kind that lives in the body, not just the mind. What I needed wasn’t to push through, but to soften. I needed a way to return to safety, to breath, and to myself.

The breath became my turning point. Through gentle breathwork, nervous system healing, and emotional release, I slowly began to unravel old patterns, reconnect with my natural rhythm, and let go of the weight I had carried for years. I found space again. I found steadiness. I found freedom. And in truth, I found myself. This work didn’t just shift how I felt — it changed the way I lived, moved, and related to the world. It brought me home.

Today, my work is to guide others through that same soft, powerful homecoming. Everything I offer inside The Breath Sanctuary — from the Release Process to BreatheKind to The Living Sanctuary — is designed to support you in settling your breath, soothing your body, regulating your nervous system, and releasing what you have carried for too long. Together, we create space for clarity, softness, and the quiet return of your own inner strength.
