Meet Jane

I’m Jane Chesworth,

founder of The Breath Sanctuary.

I work with people who are tired of holding everything together

— and ready to feel the best version of themselves again.

For most of my life, my nervous system was always “on.”

I was coping on the outside…

but underneath, I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected. What I needed wasn’t to push harder. I needed to feel safe, held, and seen.

The breath became that turning point.

Not something to force — but a way back into my body. A way to slow down, soften, and finally exhale.

Now, this is the work I do. I guide people out of survival mode and into a place where their body can settle, their mind can quiet, and real change can begin.

The Breath Sanctuary is a space to pause.

To breathe.

To come back to yourself.

To feel held, supported, seen

When you are ready you are welcome to step into

the breathing room

and the Deep healing of the Release Process

Because the moment your body truly breathes,

you feel safe…

… and then everything else begins to change.

I am here to encourage you and show you the way…

to find your breath that leads you back to yourself

with gentleness, compassion, and courage.

to allow your body to release what it no longer needs

and open up to the calm it has always deserved.

As you soften, I want you to you feel the quiet truth of it all —

you are here to be the full power you !

At The Breath Sanctuary,

In this space, you are supported to reconnect with your body, settle your breath, and rest your mind in a way that feels gentle and safe.

Everything we do here is grounded in an understanding of the nervous system, infused with compassion, and shaped by the natural wisdom of your own breath.

Rather than pushing or striving, you’re invited to soften, slow down, and meet yourself exactly where you are — one breath at a time.

Receive intuitive guidance

Every session at The Breath Sanctuary is guided with gentle intuition and deep presence, allowing your breath to show us the pace and direction it’s ready for. Your body holds its own wisdom. I simply hold the space — steady, warm, and grounded — for whatever is ready to soften, release, or be restored.
