The Breath Sanctuary

Release Process™

When you’ve carried the weight of old stories, emotions and expectations for too long - something within you begins to whisper - it’s time to let go..

The Breath Sanctuary Release Process is a deep, one-to-one journey that guides you through that powerful moment of becoming.

Rooted in trauma-informed emotional mastery, Breathwork and intuitive energy work, this process helps you safely unravel what’s been keeping you stuck - the protective patterns, the held tension, the memories stored in the body that no longer serve who you are becoming.

This isn’t about fixing or forcing. Its about meeting yourself with compassion, breath by breath, until release happens naturally.

Backed by neuroscience and grounded in nervous system regulation, every element of the process supports the body’s innate ability to restore balance and safety.

You’ll feel lighter, cleared and profoundly reconnected - not just to your breath but to your truth.

Through this work you awaken the calm, confidence and freedom that have always been yours.

It’s more than healing…. it’s a deep remembering of who you were before the world taught you to hold your breath!

The Practice

All of The Breath Sanctuary Releasee Process™ and Breath Therapy sessions, Programs and Courses are conducted fully dressed.

Participants are standing, seated or lying on a therapy bed or yoga mat.

During conscious breathing journeys, breathers may choose to wear an eye mask and a blanket can be particularly useful to help maintain body temperature as energies within the body become unblocked and freed. They serve not only as a source of warmth but also as a comforting layer during relaxation and deep breathing practices. Additionally, acupressure techniques and appropriate touch are offered during in-person sessions for those individuals who are open to receiving intuitive, appropriate touch.

This approach is often complemented by the integration of sound, movement, and other holistic modalities to create an experience that promotes transformation and well-being.

Utilising a diverse range of tools and various methods can significantly encourage smooth and effective breathing throughout the entire respiratory system, promoting overall health and well-being

I create a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages individuals to release old, dysfunctional habits that may have formed during early childhood. The Breath Sanctury promotes awareness and healing, allowing for a transformation of mind, body and soul and the release breath patterns that no longer serve a positive purpose.

Dysfunctional breathing, characterised as a disorder of breathing patterns, can lead to issues such as breathlessness, frequent breath holding, rapid breathing, or paradoxical breathing. These patterns can contribute to feelings of unhealthiness, anxiety, stress, and can trap individuals in negative thought cycles.

With appropriate guidance and retraining, these behaviors can be effectively modified over time. By introducing new and healthier habits, individuals can establish practices that facilitate a deeper connection to their inner selves, foster a sense of openness, and promote the flow of a naturally rhythmic breath.
