The Breath Sanctuary Method™

A sacred space where you are truly seen, deeply heard, and held with infinite compassion.

I know you’ve been carrying so much—the weight of past experiences, the tension in your body, the thoughts that keep you awake at night. You’ve tried to talk through it, to think your way out, but some things live deeper than words can reach.

The Breath Sanctuary Method is my gentle invitation to come home to yourself. Together, we’ll use your breath as a bridge between your body and heart, accessing the places that have been waiting patiently to be witnessed and released.

In our sacred sessions—each a generous 2 hours of devoted time just for you—I’ll hold space with the tenderness you deserve while we explore Breathwork, trauma-informed healing, and the gentle rewiring of beliefs that no longer serve you.

In this sanctuary, you’ll discover:

• Your nervous system finally finding peace

• Mental fog lifting to reveal your inner clarity

• The heavy emotional backpack you’ve carried beginning to lighten

• Trust in yourself and your choices returning

• A clear, hopeful vision of what’s possible for you

This isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. This is about remembering who you truly are beneath the layers of protection and pain. Whether anxiety has been your constant companion or pain has become your prison, you’ll find the gentle release you’ve been seeking.

BOOK SESSION

All of The Breath Sanctuary Method™ and Breath Therapy sessions, Programs and Courses are conducted fully dressed. Participants are standing, seated or lying on a therapy bed or yoga mat.

During conscious breathing journeys, breathers may choose to wear an eye mask and a blanket can be particularly useful to help maintain body temperature as energies within the body become unblocked and freed. They serve not only as a source of warmth but also as a comforting layer during relaxation and deep breathing practices. Additionally, acupressure techniques and appropriate touch are offered during in-person sessions for those individuals who are open to receiving intuitive, appropriate touch.

This approach is often complemented by the integration of sound, movement, and other holistic modalities to create an experience that promotes transformation and well-being.

The Practice

Physical benefits of changing our breathing patterns

Utilising a diverse range of tools and various methods can significantly encourage smooth and effective breathing throughout the entire respiratory system, promoting overall health and well-being

I create a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages individuals to release old, dysfunctional habits that may have formed during early childhood. The Breath Sanctury promotes awareness and healing, allowing for a transformation of mind, body and soul and the release breath patterns that no longer serve a positive purpose.

Dysfunctional breathing, characterised as a disorder of breathing patterns, can lead to issues such as breathlessness, frequent breath holding, rapid breathing, or paradoxical breathing. These patterns can contribute to feelings of unhealthiness, anxiety, stress, and can trap individuals in negative thought cycles.

With appropriate guidance and retraining, these behaviors can be effectively modified over time. By introducing new and healthier habits, individuals can establish practices that facilitate a deeper connection to their inner selves, foster a sense of openness, and promote the flow of a naturally rhythmic breath.
