A calm and supportive 1-1 breath and nervous system session designed for children and teens who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally sensitive, stressed, struggling with confidence, sleep, focus, or big emotions.
Each session is adapted gently to the child’s individual needs and nervous system, helping them feel safe, settled, and supported — never pressured.
Using simple breathing practices, grounding, body awareness, and calming techniques, sessions help children reconnect with a greater sense of ease, confidence, and emotional balance.
Parents are warmly welcome to stay and breathe alongside their child for additional comfort and co-regulation.
