I’ve had two sessions with Jane using The Breath Sanctuary Deep Release Process so far, and honestly, they’ve been such a positive and eye-opening experience.
From the very first moment, Jane made me feel completely at ease, she has such a gentle, kind, and understanding energy that instantly creates a sense of safety and trust. It felt like a genuinely safe space where I could open up and talk freely about past experiences that have shaped how I think and feel.
During the sessions, Jane guided me with so much care, helping me uncover realisations and identify limiting beliefs I hadn’t even realised were there.
It was emotional, healing, and incredibly empowering all at once. I left each session feeling lighter, more aware, and filled with hope for the changes ahead.

I had such a beautiful experience in Jane’s Conscious Connected Breathwork 1 - 1 session. She has a nurturing, warm energy which came through from the beginning and helped me to feel calm and relaxed as we started the breathwork.
Her choice of music and prompts were perfect and supported me to feel into the intention I had set prior to the session. I felt held by Jane throughout the Breathwork experience, moving fully into my body.
I experienced a release of tension which I had been holding on to as well as a beautiful blissful period right at the end. I can’t recommend Jane and her beautiful energy enough.

All the work that I’ve done with Jane has been remote but she made me feel safe within my space.
Her voice is soothing while instructing you through the session. Afterwards, she checks in to ensure you are okay and gives the aftercare instructions which you need to follow.
She also explains what you may experience over the next 12 to 24 hours. The whole experience is wonderful and I will be booking another session in soon.

“I’m quite amazed and the results I experience from only one session of breath work with Jane. Her online class was so convenient for me, being a new mum with the added benefit of not having to find extra time to travel and also the comfort of being in my own home to relax afterwards.
My toes were tingling by the end of the session and my stiff neck had disappeared! I have a stressful lifestyle and carry a lot of tension so there was a very obvious before and after affect from session.

A few weeks ago, I attended a training day where we had the pleasure of working with Jane, a brilliant breathing coach. She led a really engaging and practical session on the importance of breathing properly and how it can impact both our physical and mental wellbeing. We tried out a few simple breathing exercises that were easy to follow and surprisingly effective.
Jane also gave us some great tips on how to use these techniques in the moment — especially when we’re feeling stressed or anxious during a busy day.
I came away from the session feeling calmer, more aware of my breath, and with tools I know I’ll actually use. Highly recommend! “
