A powerful breath-led experience designed to help you move beyond the surface layers of stress, pressure, emotional holding, and survival patterns that may have been carried within the body for years.
Length : 75 minutes
Date: Last Thursday each month
Time: 8.30pm -9.45pm
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a deeper style of breathwork that works directly with the nervous system, body, breath, and emotional landscape. These sessions are intentionally created for those who feel ready to explore themselves more deeply in a safe, supported, and carefully held environment.
Each live online session is guided within a calm and supportive space where you will be safely led through a deeper breathing experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, reconnection, and inner awareness.
This is not simply relaxation.
For many people, this work can feel profound, emotional, insightful, releasing, grounding, activating, or deeply reconnecting.
The breath has the ability to gently uncover what has been held beneath the surface for a long time.
Each session may support:
• Emotional release and nervous system regulation
• Moving beyond chronic stress and overwhelm
• Reconnection with the body and breath
• Greater emotional awareness
• Deep rest and inner clarity
• Processing held tension and survival responses
• A stronger sense of presence, calm, and self-connection
Sessions are held live online once per month and are not recorded in order to protect the safety, privacy, and integrity of the experience.
Please arrive with:
• A quiet comfortable space
• Water
• Headphones if preferred
• A blanket, pillow, journal, or anything that helps you feel supported

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be a powerful somatic and emotional experience and is not suitable for everyone.
This practice may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical, cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or severe mental health conditions, during pregnancy, or for those currently experiencing significant instability without appropriate professional support.
