Reiki I & Reiki II: 28-Day Immersions

In 2027, I will begin teaching Reiki through the breath sanctuary.

These are not one-day courses.

Reiki I and Reiki II will each be a 28-day immersion.

Time to learn.
Time to practise.
Time to experience the energy for yourself.
And importantly, time to integrate what you are learning into everyday life.

My intention is to honour the roots and traditions of Reiki while sharing what I have learned through my own years of practice, training and experience.

Reiki I
The beginning of your relationship with Reiki.
An introduction to Reiki, its foundations and history, working with the energy, self-practice and beginning to develop your own experience and connection.

A deeper exploration for those ready to continue their Reiki journey, building upon the foundations of Reiki I and developing their practice further.

My Reiki lineage

I'm a Reiki teacher, trained in two full lineages, and I'm deeply grateful to all of my teachers.

I trained with Emma Sims, a Reiki Master Teacher here in Wrexham, in the Usui Reiki Ryoho and Holy Fire® lines. That lineage comes down through Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Lei Furumoto and William Lee Rand, back to Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. and also the Violet Flame Attunement.

My second stream comes through Sean Kelly and Jambo Truong of Jambo Dragon School, whose line runs back through Frank Arjava Petter and the Jikiden Reiki lineage of Tadao Yamaguchi. With them I also received Karuna® Reiki, Medicine Buddha Reiki and Tibetan Reiki.
